Unfortunately, the experience was not at all comfortable. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; you could clearly feel the springs in your back, making it very difficult to sleep. The pillows and mattress were also uncomfortable.
The reservation price was exaggerated compared to what was offered, and worse still, it did not include breakfast, despite the price suggesting otherwise.
Also, the repeated false alarms were very annoying, and no explanation was given as to why or who was responsible for the false reports.
Honestly, I don't know how the place got a 4.1/5 rating; the experience is completely unworthy of it.

Very poor service very unsatisfying… food is not good.. I thought I will fill myself however it’s no …. Pool access you need to go recreation so you need to walk for that… anyway what’s good is the location as it is near the mall..

The staff are very good, and very cooperative, and I like the place very much, we arrived late at night even then also superb food, thanks to the management and staff for the good food, and hospitality, I like the rooms and lighting of the interior
